This page explains how to delete your NavyBlitz account and is also the public account-deletion URL referenced in our app store listings. Review the contact address with your team before publishing.
Delete from inside the game (fastest)
- Open Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, tick "I understand this is permanent", and confirm Delete forever.
Your session ends immediately and the account can never be used to log in again.
Request deletion without the app
If you can't access the game, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or include your in-game name) and ask us to delete your account. We process verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your personal data is permanently removed: email, display name, avatar, authentication tokens, linked social accounts (Google), provably-fair seeds and device/login logs.
What we keep, and why
To keep other players' match history and the public leaderboards intact, a small amount of anonymised, non-personal aggregate data is retained (for example past match results and season totals). It is detached from your identity — your name appears to opponents only as "Deleted player". This data can never be linked back to you and is kept for the integrity of the game's competitive records.
This is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. Your fleet, rank, FC balance, collection and all progress are lost and cannot be recovered. If you play again later you start a brand-new account.
